Price Match Policy

At Grand Strand Pool Services, we are committed to providing you with the best value for your pool and spa needs. If you find a lower price on an identical item at a local retailer or on Amazon, we’ll match it! Our price match policy is designed to ensure you get the best deal, every time.

Price Match Guidelines:

• Eligible Competitors: We will match prices from local retailers (within 30 miles of our store) and Amazon.com.
• Identical Items: The item must be the same model, brand, size, color, and condition (new and in-stock) as the one offered at the competitor’s price.
• Amazon Price Match: For Amazon, the price must be from an “Amazon Verified Seller” (i.e., sold and fulfilled by Amazon, or a reputable seller with a high rating and verified seller status).
• Price Match Request: To request a price match, please contact us or visit our store with proof of the competitor's current price (such as an advertisement, website listing, or receipt).
• Exclusions:
  • Prices from online marketplaces (other than Amazon), auction sites, or refurbished items are not eligible for price matching.
  • We do not match prices on limited-time promotions, clearance items, or bundle offers.
  • Price matches are not available on items that are out of stock at the competitor’s store or online.
  • Only one discount can be applied per transaction, including price matching. Additional discounts or promotions cannot be combined with price matching.

How it Works:

• If we can verify the lower price, we’ll match it.
• If the item is purchased and the price drops within 10 days, we’ll offer a refund for the difference, provided the price drop meets the guidelines above.
